Description

Wintarnaht´s second full length "Tôdhên Uoþal" was unleashed to keep awake the memory of an ancient language called Old High German. Tôdhên Uoþal is the first metal album with self-written lyrics in this venerable language, here were no historical texts used. A dark musical journey of hateful Black Metal and epic pagan, powerful and nostalgic with varied vocals. Wintarnaht was established in 1997 and become of the former band Winternight after a name change in 2012. Wintarnaht plays especial Old High German Pagan Black Metal exclusively.
